Placing An Order
Ordering is simple with easy secure checkout provided by PayPal. Even if you don't have a PayPal account - you can use PayPal checkout. Just use the 'add to cart' buttons provided at each item.
Shipping
The cost of shipping is included in your purchase price - you do have an option of selecting Priority USPS during checkout: this option incurs additional charges which you will see.
Returns
An item may be returned within a 21 day window. Since shipping is part of the price, the cost of such will be retained on returned items ($3.50 for singular items or a portion of shipping for an order containing multiple items) Being I am a very small 1 person business, I cannot afford to absorb these costs and keep my prices reasonable. Repairs
Should your item need a repair within the 1st year - the cost of the repair is free. However shipping both ways is your responsibility. Please use the contact tab to obtain further instructions.
For repairs beyond a year - the cost of repairs is minimal:
Earrings $3.00
Bracelet $5.00
Necklace $7.00
Again - shipping both ways is your responsibility.

Care of your Sterling & Fine Silver
Yes it's true that silver tarnishes! I have linked a wonderfully helpful article below to explain the whys of this and how to prevent it. The simplest way is just to seal it in a small zip-lock type plastic bag - press all the air out and store in a dark place. You can also buy special bags or lined containers to store it in. I will soon be including a piece of tarnish prevention paper with each order.

Storing your 14 kt & 14 kt gold-filled jewelry in an airtight bag or container would be beneficial as well, although most gold does not tarnish as quickly as silver ...any tarnish will be dependent on the alloys used.

Earring options - it can be confusing!

I offer multiple options on earrings:

You can purchase them with (fixed) lever-backs - meaning they are permanently fixed. These are simply identified as 'lever-back' in the OPTION SELECTION field.

You can purchase them with interchangeable lever-backs - meaning you can remove the dandle portion and change to a different earring all with the same fitting. This can save you money if you buy many earrings ...one pair of interchangeable lever-backs can accommodate ANY of the dandles I offer!

So then of course, you can choose the purchase option of 'dangle only' if you already have the interchangeable
lever-back style ...saving you money!

As a 4th option you can choose the French hook style (also know as French wire) - these are a tad cheaper than lever-backs and very easy to put on.
